These Terms and Conditions govern all work carried out by Stone Sill Solutions Ltd. By accepting a quotation or engaging our services, you agree to the following terms.

All quotations provided are:

• Based on the information available at the time
• Valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated
• Subject to change if unforeseen issues are identified upon inspection or during the work

We reserve the right to revise quotations where additional work is required.

The agreed scope of work will be outlined in your quotation. Any additional work requested or required will be:

• Discussed with the client
• Subject to additional charges

No extra work will be carried out without approval.

Payment terms will be agreed prior to commencement of work.

Unless otherwise stated:

• A deposit may be required before work begins
• The remaining balance is due upon completion

Failure to make payment in accordance with agreed terms may result in:

• Suspension or cancellation of services
• Delays in project completion

In the event of non-payment:

• Stone Sill Solutions Ltd reserves the right to withdraw labour and cease all work immediately
• Any outstanding balance will remain payable in full

Where payment is not received, we reserve the right to:

• Take appropriate legal action to recover outstanding amounts
• Charge reasonable costs associated with debt recovery

Failure to pay in full may result in the removal or reversal of works where reasonably possible, without liability for any resulting damage or inconvenience.

The client must provide safe and reasonable access to the property.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

• Restricted access
• Unsafe working conditions
• Third-party interference
• 
  

All work will be carried out in accordance with relevant health and safety standards.

We reserve the right to stop work if conditions are deemed unsafe.

While care is taken at all times, the client acknowledges that:

• Construction work may involve minor disruption
• Existing structures may have hidden defects

We are not liable for pre-existing issues that become apparent during the course of work.

All materials supplied remain the property of Stone Sill Solutions Ltd until paid for in full.

If the client cancels:

• Deposits may be non-refundable
• Costs incurred up to the point of cancellation may be charged

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule work due to unforeseen circumstances.

Any guarantees provided will be outlined in writing and are subject to:

• Proper maintenance of installed or treated materials
• Normal wear and environmental conditions

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses
• Our liability is limited to the value of the work carried out

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
